Pre-order your main course
From July 4th, customers traveling in KLM World Business Class can pre-order their main course on board prior to departure. The option will be available on nearly all intercontinental KLM flights departing from Amsterdam.
Thanks to this new service, customers traveling in World Business Class can enjoy an enhanced travel experience with more choice and control, while reducing food waste and CO₂ emissions. The choice for the desired meal can be made after booking, in My Trip on the KLM website or in the app. Meals can be easily selected or changed from 45 days to 24 hours before departure.
The personalized flight ensures additional convenience and contributes to an extra comfortable business trip. At the same time, meal choices will reduce the number of brought meals and help minimize food waste in the future.
