Why do we need your personal data?

e-Business Travel is a business travel company that deals with organising or arranging (business) travel and providing related services. In order to carry out our services we ask for your personal data.
Which personal data is involved?
In order to organise your trips as accurately as possible, we ask you to complete a traveller profile. We use the information you share with us to make your reservations. Profile information can include the following: name, title, date of birth, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit card numbers, passport details, frequent flyer numbers, car registration and personal preferences (such as seat or meal preference etc.)

If you choose not to complete in a profile form, we will ask you to share the minimum personal data necessary to make a basic reservation. This means that we will need to ask you to provide the personal data each time you make a reservation with us.

How do we process your information?

Reservations:
Your personal data will be processed by us in the Amadeus reservation system. After receiving a completed profile form, this system creates a profile that we repeatedly use for all trips that are booked for you during the cooperation. When making a reservation, a PNR (Passenger Name Record) is created. Depending on your destination, this PNR may contain various personal details. For reservations to e.g. the United States, the United Kingdom and China we are required by Customs & Border Protection to advise your personal details (API: Advanced Passenger Information) before you travel .

To make reservations, e-Business Travel is obliged to share your personal information with various suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels, car rental companies and SOS services). As we offer worldwide travel services, your personal data may be passed on to institutions outside of Europe, e.g. foreign governments. If you do not want this, then travelling to these destinations may not be possible.

Management information:
In consultation with our client (the paying party) management reports can be generated. This documentation contains, for example, data on travel expenses per destination, per supplier, etc. This management information may contain personal data.

Passing on personal data at the request of the customer:
In consultation with our client, PNR data can be shared with third parties, for example, for the use of emergency traveller tracking services. The use of these services may result in personal data being transferred to other countries.

Transmission of information at the request of government authorities:
It is possible that e-Business Travel is legally obliged to share information with authorities or law enforcement authorities.

What are your rights?

You have the right to request the data we have stored in your profile. If desired, we can correct or delete the data for you.

At e-Business Travel we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. Should you require further information or explanation, having read our Privacy policy, please contact us via our contactform or 085-0210310.
