Fly China Southern to Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou
Do you travel to China regularly? Then we have a great tip for you: China Southern Airlines. Since 1988, the Chinese airline, based in Guangzhou, has developed into one of the largest airlines in the world in terms of fleet size and load factor.
China Southern has been flying from The Netherlands for 28 years and was the first Chinese airline to offer flights between the Netherlands and China. Worldwide, the airline offers access to over 70 international destinations and more than 200 daily flights.
The airline has multiple connections between Amsterdam and China, with at least 12 passenger flights per week to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) and Beijing DaXing International Airport (PKX).
Shanghai within reach
From Beijing DaXing, you have excellent connections to Shanghai: China Southern operates more than 15 daily flights between Beijing and Shanghai, both to Pudong (PVG) and Hongqiao (SHA).
Beijing DaXing
Transferring at Beijing DaXing is no hardship; you will find short walking distances, fast transfers, nice shops and restaurants. What’s more, you can reach the city in no time by metro or high-speed train. It is a modern airport, from which more than 300 domestic flights depart daily in China, as well as flights to Japan, South Korea and, more recently, Australia.
Guangzhou, the South Chinese hub
Guangzhou, China Southern’s primary hub, also offers many possibilities:
- 50+ destinations within China
- 28 destinations to Southeast Asia
- More than 50 weekly flights to Australia and New Zealand
On flights from Amsterdam to Guangzhou, you can also opt for Premium Economy Class: extra space, more comfortable seats and better service than in Economy Class – perfect for business travellers who want comfort but don’t want to pay the full Business Class price.
Competitive fares at China Southern
An additional advantage: China Southern is known for its very competitive fares, especially in Business Class, making it an attractive choice compared to many Western airlines flying to China.
