SkyTeam has opened its own lounge at Istanbul Airport; a luxury waiting room at the Turkish mega airport, which replaced the old Atatürk Airport in 2018. Seven SkyTeam members fly to Istanbul Airport in total: KLM, Aeroflot, Air France, Korean Air, Middle East Airlines, Saudia and Tarom.

The place to be
The SkyTeam Lounge is located in the west wing of the airport and overlooks the crowds of people in the terminal from the first floor. Inside, a spacious space of 582 square meters awaits travellers, with room for 145 passengers. You may take cold and warm buffets, relax before the flight in comfortable seats or work through the power supply and WiFi that is offered. Showers are also available.
The lounge is open 24 hours a day for Business and First Class passengers and for frequent flyers with a high status at the affiliated SkyTeam companies. At the beginning of 2020, SkyTeam expects to open its eighth lounge, at Santiago Airport in Chile.
